Keith Meister, MD, director of Texas Metroplex Institute for Sports Medicine & Orthopedics in Arlington and head team physician for the Texas Rangers, will perform Tommy John surgery on Texas Rangers pitcher Neftali Feliz, according to a Star Telegram report. The procedure is likely to sideline Mr. Feliz for 12 months.
