Wiemi Douoguih, MD, an orthopedic surgeon at Washington Hospital Center in Washington, D.C., performed shoulder surgery on Washington Nationals third baseman Ryan Zimmerman, according to a Sports Illustrated report. Mr. Zimmerman is expected to return to play in six weeks.
