University of Utah Health Care in Salt Lake City has partnered with the NBA's Utah Jazz, according to a report by The Salt Lake Tribune.
As a part of the new partnership, David Petron, MD, is now the Chief Medical Office of the sports team. Dr. Petron is an assistant professor at University of Utah Health Care. He is fellowship trained in primary care orthopedics and sports medicine. He also serves as a team physician for the U.S. Ski Team.
