Charleston-based SC Sports Medicine & Orthopaedic Center implemented Phreesia, a healthcare point-of-service provider.
Phreesia includes numerous services such as electronic form management, flexible payment options, automatically administered clinical assessments and a range of patient communication applications. Additionally, Phreesia integrates with the practice's system of record.
"The check-in experience is time consuming and it can be frustrating to our patients, setting a negative tone for their office visit. The PhreesiaPad lets patients check in quicker, and it automatically administers and uploads the necessary consent and HIPAA forms so that they can get to their provider appointment sooner," said Dawson Cherry, SCSM Practice Manager.
