OrthoAtlanta will serve as the orthopedic and sports medicine provider to both teams for the 2016 Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta.
Here's what you need to know.
1. The Peach Bowl is one of the semifinal games during the College Football Playoff Championship. The peach bowl is the ninth-oldest college football game in the country, and it is one of six that hosts a college football playoff game.
2. OrthoAtlanta physicians will provide onsite medical services on game day and throughout bowl week.
3. The orthopedic provider has partnered with the bowl for more than 20 years, and it is the bowl's longest running partner.
4. Todd Schmidt, MD, will be the official medical director for the Peach Bowl with Michael Behr, MD, serving as co-director.
