New Jersey Devils' winger Taylor Hall will be out three to four week after Michael Shindle, MD, and Jonathan Glashow, MD, repaired the meniscus in his left knee, NorthJersey.com reports.
Here's what you need to know.
1. Mr. Hall is the co-leading scorer on the Devils with five goals and seven assists on the season. He is a physical player and has missed time in the past because of injuries.
2. The physicians performed the procedure at the New Jersey-based Summit Medical Group Surgery Center.
3. Dr. Shindle is a team physician for the Devils and Dr. Glashow is the team's chief medical officer.
