Homer Bailey of MLB's Cincinnati Reds has been treated and monitored by team physician, Timothy Kremchek, MD, after suffering another elbow-related setback according to Fox19.
Here are three things to know:
1. Mr. Bailey underwent a procedure to remove small bone spurs from his right elbow on Wednesday, Feb. 8.
2. Dr. Kremchek called the instance a "minor setback."
3. Dr. Kremchek is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine who has been the Reds' medical director since 1996.
