The Dallas-based Methodist Mansfield Medical Center opened a free sports injury clinic, Black and Blue Sports Injury Clinic, for patients to receive injury evaluations.
Here are three observations:
1. The clinic is open Saturdays and offers free athletic injury assessment for sports advocates of any age.
2. Jeff McDaniel, MD, and Avery Nolen, MD, will head the Black and Blue Sports Injury Clinic.
3. Methodist Health System is a nonprofit organization comprised of seven hospitals and 25 Methodist Family Health Centers and Medical Groups.
