2. Dr. Kelly reported Mr. Shattenkirk will remain out indefinitely, but noted the surgery is not season-ending.
3. Dr. Kelly is the head team physician for the Rangers and associate team physician for the New York Giants.
4. Specializing in sports medicine injuries, Dr. Kelly is the chief of sports medicine at Hospital for Sports Medicine.
