Lee Kaplan, MD, performed an arthroscopic surgery on the right knee of Seattle Mariners' top prospect Kyle Lewis, the Seattle Times reports.

1. The Mariners' industry consensus top prospect has had several injuries throughout his young career. This is the second surgical procedure on his right knee to date.
2. Mr. Lewis was recovering from a knee procedure in 2017, when after a consult, he underwent the follow-up procedure.
3. Dr. Kaplan is an orthopedic surgeon at University of Miami Health System.
4. He is the Miami Marlins' medical director and team physician.
