Dymicron announced that its Triadyme-C Cervical Total Disc Replacement device has earned the CE mark.
Triadyme-C aims to address two areas of concern in the total disc replacement field — minimizing wear debris generation and emulation of natural constrained motion in the spine. The cervical disc is comprised of Dymicron's biocompatible Orthopedic Diamond material, which is made of polycrystalline diamond compact. The company recently confirmed the successful implantation of the disc in two patients.
Dymicron has also completed ISO13485 certification of its Quality Management System.
