ConforMIS elected Carrie Bienkowski to its board of directors, effective July 31.
Here are three things to know:
1. Since 2014, Ms. Bienkowski has served as chief marketing officer of Peapod. She has over more than 20 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, blue-chip fast-moving consumer goods and management consulting.
2. Ms. Bienkowski will serve as a class 1I director until the ConforMIS 2019 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
3. ConforMIS is a medical device company that uses its proprietary iFit Image-to-Implant technology platform to develop patient-customized joint replacement implants.
