The FDA on March 3 granted Life Spine 510(k) clearance for its Lateral Prolift Expandable System.
Three things to know:
1. Life Spine plans to launch 20 devices this year, including six expandable systems.
2. The product launches will bring the company's expandable portfolio to 13 devices.
3. Minimally invasive expandable systems are designed to match a patient's unique anatomy. They are inserted through a tiny incision, allowing for fewer complications and quicker recovery times.
