Orthopedic implant manufacturer Exactech plans to accelerate growth initiatives with three new appointees to its board of directors:
1. Gwendolyn Bingham is a retired three-star general in the U.S. Army. She has served in several military leadership roles, as well as the Department of the Army deputy chief of staff for installation management at the Pentagon.
2. Karen Golz is a finance executive with more than 40 years of experience with Ernst & Young. Most recently, she served as global vice chair at EY, where she led professional practice and independence groups across the globe.
3. "With diverse backgrounds, each of these leaders expresses an aligned passion for our purpose of improving patient outcomes and transforming the way surgeons provide orthopedic patient care," Darin Johnson, president and CEO of Exactech, said in a Jan. 28 news release.
