The report includes responses from 100 healthcare organizations.
The top five conditions targeted by medication adherence programs, according to respondents, are:
1. Hypertension — 61 percent
2. Diabetes — 57.6 percent
3. Heart failure — 55.9 percent
4. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease — 52.5 percent
5. Coronary Artery Disease — 50.8 percent
