Orthopedic surgeon Kevin McHale, MD, will start seeing patients at Cape Regional Physicians Associates in Cape May, N.J., according to Cape May County Herald.
Here are five points:
1. Cape Regional Physicians Associates welcomed Dr. McHale following their affiliation with Philadelphia-based Penn Medicine and Penn Orthopaedics, where Dr. McHale provides orthopedic care.
2. A Cape May native, Dr. McHale is the team physician for the New England Patriots, Boston Red Sox and Boston Bruins.
3. He earned his medical degree from Philadelphia-based Jefferson Medical College.
4. Following medical school, Dr. McHale underwent his orthopedic residency at University of Pennsylvania, also in Philadelphia.
5. He will complete his orthopedic surgery and sports medicine fellowship at Boston-based Massachusetts General Hospital in July 2016.
