1. The practice includes 21 offices throughout the metro Atlanta area and is one of the largest orthopedic practices in the United States.
2. There are 98 physicians associated with the practice, including surgical and non-operative physicians.
3. Services at the practice include sports medicine, joint replacement, neck and back surgery, extremities, non-operative spine care, trauma care and general orthopedics.
4. John Garrett, MD, founded the practice in 1986 and it grew larger in 1999 when seven physician groups merged under the existing name of Resurgens Orthopaedics.
5. John Gleason, MD, and Doug Lundy, MD, are currently co-presidents of the practice.
