Neal ElAttrache, MD, joined the Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute's board of directors, according to an April 26 announcement.
Three things to know:
1. An orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, Dr. ElAttrache also serves as co-chair of medical affairs at Cedars-Sinai Kerlan-Jobe Institute in Los Angeles.
2. Dr. ElAttrache is chairman of the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Foundation, director of the Kerlan-Jobe Sports Medicine Fellowship, and head team physician for the Los Angeles Dodgers and the Los Angeles Rams.
3. Dr. ElAttrache is a leader in his field, holding noteworthy titles such as president of the Herodicus Society and vice president of the American Orthopaedic Society for Sports Medicine.
