K2M releases its first quarter 2018 financial results, showing all areas of the business are booming.

1. First quarter revenues increased by 10 percent year-over-year, topping $67.88 million. U.S. revenue reached $49.89 million in the first quarter of 2018, an 8 percent increase year over year.
2. K2M's U.S. complex spine business saw an 8 percent growth year-over-year. In the first quarter of 2018, the segment brought in $18.51 million in revenue compared to $17.14 million in 2017.
3. The company's minimally invasive segment grew from $7.87 million in revenue in the first quarter of 2017 to $8.38 million in the first quarter of 2018, a 6.4 percent increase year over year.
4. Following the same pattern of growth, the regenerative segment revenue increased by 8.5 percent year over year, from $21.2 million in the first quarter of 2017 to $23 million in the first quarter of 2018.
5. K2M expects 2018 full-year revenues to be between $283 million and $287 million, representing a 10 percent to 11 percent increase in year-over-year growth.
