Xtant Medical launched the Cortera posterior fixation system, according to a Sept. 23 news release.
Cortera is available to surgeons in the U.S. through Xtant's commercial channels, and the device bolsters surgical workflows in a variety of complex procedures. The system includes dual lead and dual-to-quad lead screw thread options, helical flange design and a universal Hexalobe drive.
This is Xtant Medical's second major product introduction in September.
