University of Florida Honors Dr. Albert Rhoton for Neurosurgery Work

The University of Florida's College of Medicine, in Gainesville, Fla., honored Albert Rhoton Jr., MD, during its annual Neurosurgery Research Days, according to a UF College of Medicine Insider report. Dr. Rhoton has received the Medal of Honor of the World Federation of Neurosurgical Societies and the Cushing Medical granted by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons.

Dr. Rhoton has been practicing at UF since 1972.
