Resurgens Orthopaedics, based in Atlanta, Ga., has added orthopedic spine surgeon Bennett Grimm, MD, and orthopedic surgeon M. Jonathan Mathers to its team.
Dr. Grimm focuses on minimally invasive techniques and the latest technology in spine surgery. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta and completed his residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Grimm completed his fellowship with OrthoCarolina Spine Surgery in Charlotte, N.C., and holds a minimally invasive spine surgery preceptorship from the Southeastern Spine Institute in Charleston, S.C.
Dr. Mathers has expertise in general orthopedics, sports medicine and arthroscopic 
and reconstructive knee and shoulder surgery. He earned his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C., and completed his residency at Greenville Hospital System University Medical Center & Shriner's Hospitals in South Carolina. He holds a fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine from Baylor University College of Medicine in Houston.
