Dr. Kadir Erkmen becomes Temple University Hospital neurosurgery residency director

Kadir Erkmen, MD, has been appointed associate professor of neurosurgery at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia and director of cerebrovascular neurosurgery and the neurosurgery residency program at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.

Dr. Erkmen previously served as served as assistant professor of surgery and neurology at the Geisel School of Medicine and medical director of the Neuroscience Special Care Unit at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, N.H. He is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and a member of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and American College of Surgeons.
