Board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon Drew Brown, MD, joined the Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, Fla.
Here are four things to know:
1. Dr. Brown specializes in adult spinal deformity and degenerative conditions.
2. Before joining the Laser Spine Institute, Dr. Brown served as a visiting professor at FOCOS Orthopedic Hospital in Accra, Ghana.
3. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and underwent spine surgery fellowship training at the San Diego Center For Spinal Disorders in La Jolla, Calif.
4. Dr. Brown is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society and Florida Orthopaedic Society, among other professional organizations.
