East Providence, R.I.-based University Orthopedics has added Vamsy Bobba, MD, to its Center for Spine Health, according to an Oct. 11 press release sent to Becker's.
Dr. Bobba is a spine surgeon who specializes in cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine conditions, and will treat patients across three locations in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Dr. Bobba completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center and his spine fellowship at the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University in Providence, R.I.
"Each patient’s situation is unique and should be treated as such. It is always my goal to tailor an appropriate plan for each patient’s individual needs, whether surgically or non-surgically, to help restore their quality of life," Dr. Bobba said in the release. "I am thrilled to join a practice that embraces the same commitment to world-class, comprehensive care as I do."
