Thieme Publishing Group announced the publication of the second edition of "Spinal Deformities," a concise overview of current key principles and practices used in the diagnosis and treatment of spinal deformities.
The book is designed to teach spine surgeons the basics of treating spinal deformity patients and help them diagnose and treat their patients. The authors of the book are Robert F. Heary, MD, professor of neurological surgery and director of the Spine Center of New Jersey at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey in Newark; and Todd J. Albert, MD, surgeon-in-chief at Hospital for Special Surgery in New York City.
