Dr. Jennifer Sweet joins Helius Medical Technologies' scientific advisory board

Helius Medical Technologies named neurosurgeon Jennifer Sweet, MD, to its newly formed scientific and medical advisory board.

Dr. Sweet is an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and provides care at University Hospitals Case Medical Center in Cleveland. She has completed a stereotactic and functional fellowship at University Hospitals Case Medical Center.

 

The board will guide the company in a number of activities including future clinical trial design, analyzing the science behind the company's portable neuromodulation stimulator device and identifying other clinical applications for the device.
