Spine

Minimally invasive spine surgeon James St. Louis, DO, and founder of now defunct Laser Spine Institute in Tampa, Fla., sold his Belair estate for $7.9 million, reports Tampa Bay Business Journal.

Three things to know:

1. Dr. St. Louis bought the home for $10.25 million in 2008, according to Tampa Bay Business Journal.

2. Stu Sjouwerman, founder of cybersecurity training company KnowBe4, purchased the 12,935-square-foot property.

3. Dr. St. Louis left LSI almost four years before its closure. The company shut its doors in March after it was unable to find an investor.
