Orthopedic spine surgeon Samuel Adams, MD, is going north to join Wasilla, Alaska-based Pioneer Peak Orthopedic Surgery, the Mat-Su Valley Frontiersman reports.
What you should know:
1. Dr. Adams earned his medical degree from the Medical University of Ohio at Toledo, completed his residency at Worcester-based The University of Massachusetts Medical School and completed his fellowship at Morgantown-based West Virginia University.
2. He will see patients at Pioneer Peak's clinic and perform surgeries at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center in Palmer, Alaska.
