2. Michael Gallizzi, MD, began working at The Steadman Clinic in Vail, Colo. on March 14.
3. Nonprofit organization Mitre appointed Stephen Ondra, MD, chief medical adviser of the CMS Alliance to Modernize Healthcare federally funded research and development center.
