San Francisco and Paris-based SpineGuard announced the appointment of Pierre Guyot to its board of directors. Mr. Guyot has served as the CEO and Board Director for Swedish-based Molnycke Healthcare since 2007. He also held executive management positions at Johnson & Johnson, Boston Scientific and Becton Dickinson.
