Globus Medical Sues Johnson & Johnson for Spine Device Patent Infringement

Globus Medical filed suit against Johnson & Johnson this week for patent infringement, according to a Mass Device report. Globus medical sues Johnson & Johnson for patent infringementGlobus alleges the DePuy Synthes Zero-P VA spinal implant infringes on its patent for an intervertebral fusion implant, according to the report.

The suit was filed in a Delaware court. Globus is demanding Synthes recall and destroy any patent infringing devices.
