Novastep entered into an agreement with Vivex Biomedical.
Here are four points:
1. Novastep is a global medical technologies company specializing in foot and ankle implants, biologics, instrument systems and medical education programs.
2. Vivex Biomedical is a privately held company focused on cellular therapies that treat orthopedic, spine, wound and soft tissue conditions.
3. Under the new agreement, Novastep has access to Vivex's catalog of allograft materials.
4. The new partnership will also involve the launch of Novastep's new family of biologics products, marketed under the name bioSTART Tissue Repair Process.
