Dallas-based CTL Medical, a developer and manufacturer of spinal implants and instruments, announced its executive management team. The company recently acquired Dallas-based AccelSPINE to enhance its growth strategy.
CTL plans to increase its workforce by early 2017.
Here are the 11 team members:
1. Danny Chon, the company's president and CEO, has more than a decade of healthcare industry experience.
2. Fiona Lazarow serves as CTL's CFO, overseeing accounting, budgeting, financial planning and financial performance. Ms. Lazarow has more than 30 years of experience in financial management and the medical device industry.
3. Sean Suh is the company's chief technology officer, overseeing the development, testing and manufacturing of products. Mr. Suh has more than 18 years of product research experience.
4. Andy Choi serves as the company's chief business development officer. He is equipped with more than 19 years of start-up and corporate industry experience, specializing in orthopedics and spine.
5. Dean Fulford is CTL's vice president of sales for the northern region. He oversees product sales, managing territories and procurement processes. Mr. Fulford has 25 years of medical sales and management executive leadership.
6. Lanny Duyck serves as vice president of sales for the southern region. He is equipped with more than 25 years of sales and management experience, especially in spine, neurosurgery, orthopedic trauma, joints and biologics.
7. Jon Suh is CTL's vice president of research and development, directing the design, testing and implementation of manufactured products. Mr. Suh has more than 15 years of product research and development experience.
8. Rose Moore serves a vice president of business development and marketing. Ms. Moore is equipped with 15 years of sales, executive management and business ownership experience.
9. Otis Blackwell is the company's vice president of manufacturing. He has 18 years of manufacturing management experience, with a medical device emphasis.
10. Sterling Thomason serves as CTL's director of operations, overseeing inventory control, warehouse management, customer experience, purchasing, inspection, planning and logistics. Mr. Thomason has more than 19 years of operations management experience.
11. Tosan Onosode serves as the company’s regulatory affairs specialist. She ensures CTL is compliant with regulatory requirements.
