Intralink-Spine reports positive data from a safety and feasibility study on its Réjuve System for low back pain.

Here are six takeaways:

 

1. At six months, Intralink-Spine announced it has demonstrated the safety of the device.

 

2. Among patients implanted with the device, lumbar range of motion increased by an average of nine degrees.

 

3. The study also revealed a statistically significant 25 percent increase in treated level lordosis.

 

4. At six months, 80 percent of patients saw pain and disability decrease by more than 50 percent.

 

5. Further, patient data shows treatment effects at two weeks post-implant.
