Spinal Elements named Jason Blain president and chief operating officer. Mr. Blain will serves as a member of the board of directors and report to Spinal Elements CEO Chris Fair.

1. As president and COO, Mr. Blain will be responsible for product development, quality, marketing, operations and regulatory compliance.
2. Previously, Mr. Blain served as president and co-founder of Spinal Elements prior to Amendia's acquisition of the company. The combined company was later renamed Spinal Elements.
3. With over 20 years of orthopedic experience, Mr. Blain has provided his expertise to Smith & Nephew, Alphatec and NuVasive throughout his career.
4. Spinal Elements designs, develops, manufactures and markets medical devices used in spinal surgeries. The company focuses on the development of medical device technologies, biologics and instrumentation.
