Here are five device company mergers, acquisitions and agreements.

Centinel Spine entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire the ProDisc Total Disc Replacement portfolio from DePuy Synthes and expects to close the purchase in November.

 

Henry Schein partnered with Cerebral Assessment Systems to distribute Cognivue, a computerized assessment screening device to detect early signs of dementia.

 

JointPoint signed an exclusive agreement with DePuy Synthes to market JointPoint's noninvasive computer navigation software for hip replacement surgery.

 

Stryker finalized its Novadaq Technologies acquisition for $701 million. They announced plans to purchased Novadaq Technologies in June.

 

The Federal Trade Commission approved Integra LifeSciences request to purchase DePuy Synthes' Codman Neuro division.
