North Naples, Fla.-based Arthrex broke ground on its $73.4 million headquarter expansion, according to Naples Daily News.
Here’s what you need to know.
1. The expansion comprises the addition of three buildings. The largest of the three is a six-story, 300,000 square foot office tower with meeting and conference space for surgeons.
2. Arthrex also plans to build a hotel near its headquarters to accommodate visiting surgeons and other physicians. Additionally, a wellness center and medical center is being built for employees and guests.
3. Along with the expansion, Arthrex plans to create 560 jobs by 2021.
4. The device manufacturer hopes the expansion will be completed in 2020.
