Here are three things to know:
1. An online educational event will be held April 14 at 10 a.m. PST for people suffering from joint pain and contemplating whether to undergo hip or knee replacement surgery.
2. The event brings together orthopedic surgeons and patients who will share their knowledge and stories.
3. With hopes to end confusion and anxiety around joint replacement surgery, Joint Replacement Awareness Day® will discuss advancements in surgical techniques, materials and process of joint replacement surgery.
