Spineology added Bob Paulson and Phil Soran to its board of directors.
Most recently, Mr. Soran co-founded Flipgrid, an education technology company that was purchased by Microsoft. Mr. Soran served as president and CEO of Compellent Technologies, which was acquired by Dell for $960 million.
Currently, Mr. Soran serves on the board of directors of Piper Jaffray, SPS commerce and Foodsby. He started his career developing companies with XIOtech Corp., which was acquired by Seagate Technology for $360 million in 2000.
Mr. Paulson previously served as president and CEO of Restore Medical, leading the snoring and sleep apnea treatment company through a successful initial public offering and sale to Medtronic. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of NxThera, a company focused on treating prostate conditions. Boston Scientific acquired NxThera for up to $406 million.
Currently, Mr. Paulson serves as a board member for Veran Medical Technologies and Sun BioPharma.
