Surgeons have implanted over 20,000 of SeaSpine's NanoMetalene interbody devices.
Three things to know:
1. NanoMetalene incorporates a sub-micron layer of titanium that is bonded to a PEEK implant using atomic fusion deposition.
2. The device is designed to provide a bone-friendly surface on endplates and throughout graft openings.
3. NanoMetalene maintains the benefits of PEEK implants such as biocompatibility, a modulus of elasticity similar to bone and radiographic visibility for postoperative imaging.
