Aspen Surgical Products recently acquired orthopedic product provider Beaty Marketing & Sales, reports PE Hub.
Four things to know:
1. Owned by Audax Private Equity, ASP provides surgical and patient safety disposable products to hospitals and ASCs.
2. Its products include foam positioners, sterile positioning kits and suture retrievers.
3. The acquisition will assist ASP expand its orthopedic surgical portfolio.
4. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
