A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held March 6 for Integrity implants' new 15,000-square-foot headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., The Palm Beach Post reports.

Three things to know:

1. Initially based in Jupiter, Fla., the spinal implant developer has invested more than $40 million since it was founded in 2016.

2. Integrity implants has 50 employees and plans to add another 100 STEM jobs — including machinists, engineers and managers — in the next three years.

3. The company's portfolio features FlareHawk, an expandable cage with a PEEK shell that has been implanted in more than 4,300 patients.
