1. Matt Tharp was named CFO of Holt, Mich.-based Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, an orthopedic implant manufacturing company.
2. The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus was the first in the state to perform a shoulder replacement surgery with Stryker's Blueprint Mixed Reality.
