Precision Spine launches degenerative disc disease system

Spinal Tech

Precision Spine launched its Dakota ACDF standalone system, the devicemaker said Sept. 27.

The system has a titanium plate polyetheretherketone cage with cortical cancellous screws for support and to help facilitate fusion. It's indicated for skeletally mature patients with degenerative disc disease of the cervical spine.

"The Dakota ACDF System represents another example of how Precision Spine is making good on its commitment to develop surgeon-designed devices that embody the advanced features surgeons need to help improve OR efficiency and achieve positive patient outcomes," COO Chris DeNicola said.
