Spine Wave launched two products for spinal fusions Dec. 2.
The Defender is a titanium plate and screw system that provides fixation for anterior cervical fusion procedures, according to a news release. It can use fixed and variable angle screws and has a large graft window to provide direct visualization during procedures.
The Stronghold C is a 3D-printed titanium device for cervical interbody fusion. It comes in a range of sizes and has an open design to hold large amounts of bone graft for fusions, SpineWave said.
Both products are expected to grow Spine Wave's position in the anterior cervical fusion market, the release said.
