Bernard Bach, Jr., MD, of Chicago-based Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush was inducted into the American Orthopedic Society of Sports Medicine Hall of Fame during the AAOS 2018 Annual Meeting in New Orleans.
Dr. Bach is one of only 55 sports medicine physicians inducted since 1972. He addressed AOSSM members as the 2018 John C. Kennedy lecturer.
Dr. Bach is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in ACL and shoulder surgery and sports medicine. He serves as the team physician for the Chicago White Sox and the Chicago Bulls.
