Two neurosurgeons recently completed their 100th robotic-assisted surgeries.
Bowen Jiang, MD, and Erick Westbroek, MD, reached the milestone using Globus Medical's ExcelsiusGPS at Providence St. Jude Medical Center in Fullerton, Calif., according to an Aug. 19 LinkedIn post.
The ExcelsiusGPS combines a robotic arm with full navigational capabilities that allow surgeons to operate with a small incision.
