San Diego, Calif.-based DJO Global has acquired Exos Corp, a manufacturer of adjustable casts for fractures and joint injuries, according to the Star Tribune. Exos produces casts that can be reshaped and reformed with heat to stabilize torn ligaments, sprains, fractures and more. As one of the largest orthopedic support makers in the country, DJO will give the Exos products a broader reach to physicians and patients.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
