Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Sonoma Orthopedic Products launched its VELOX clavicle fracture procedure, which uses the Sonoma CRx clavicle nail. The nail and procedure are designed to streamline the medial canal preparation and provide better visualization of the area prior to placement. The nail also fits to patients' unique anatomies, according to the report.
The procedure is minimally invasive to get patients back to their normal lives with less pain and no hardware irritation.
